Contractor Maxilliano Gaidzinski founded Eliane in 1960. Formally known as
Eliane Revestimentos Ceramicos, the business first set up operations in a simple
pottery in Cocal do Sul, Brazil. Nowadays it operates 11 manufacturing factories
all through Brazil, providing ceramic tile and related products nationwide in
addition to 85 other countries.
The company's HQ and four factories are located in its homeland of Cocal du
Sol. It employs roughly 2,400 professionals, counting 200 globally situated
